If you are getting an error importing directly from Fidelity, you can download the 1099 and follow the instructions here to import the 1099 into Mint,
If you need additional assistance, please comment and let us know.
That link just shows how to import. My import is NOT WORKING. This does not help. Please clarify.
@donnaforester5 If you log into your Fidelity account separately, in the normal fashion...are your Consolidated 1099 (PDF) forms available on the <Statements <<Tax Forms page?
If not, then no download will be available yet anyhow. Some holdings you might have could delay the generation of those forms such that no download would be available yet.
Yes all forms are now available in Fidelity.
1) IF your internet is connected thru a VPN, I could possibly see that it might have some problem, depending on the VPN service.
2) I've seen where people have 2-factor authentication on their account, and have to turn that off first in order to connect.
Otherwise....Customer Support is your only recourse (or entering your 1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV info manually)

What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)
Of course I'm ONLY using turbo tax because of the auto import from Fidelity. If that doesn't work, I'll use something else.
How does importing to MINT help me with TurboTax? I've imported to MINT just fine.
It doesn't...improper suggestion.
Ignore it entirely, as you are trying to import into your tax file....MINT has nothing to do with that for you.
Might be a workaround if one actually had a MINT account, but most people don't.
(I'm really not sure what is available in MINT or whether it can even be used to collect other Financial institution's data to transmit to TTX )
Same problem.
Forms are available at Fidelity. Downloaded to PC fine.
Try with Turbotax on 2 returns, same behavior.
Pick Fidelity from the list, get the Web popup, give access credentials. it comes back with Got it, can go back to TurboTax - but GETS NO DATA.
