Sounds like you are on the Advantage Plan?  If you are on the Advantage Auto renewal program you get both the Windows and Mac Downloads.  Check the Email, scroll down and there is a part that looks like an invoice, it should say
TURBOTAX ADVANTAGE TY2018 CD W/WIN
AND MAC DOWNLOAD

If you can't find it,  you might have more than 1 account.  Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

To access your download, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and look for My Downloads.
