Do I have to pay before I can review my tax forms?

I would like to ensure that my IRA entries are correct on my 1040 prior to filing.  My tax forms are blank when I attempt to review them.  Must I pay prior to seeing the forms?

You can see your form 1040 and Schedules 1,2  and 3 but you cannot see all of the forms.

On the menu bar on the left that shows. 

1. Select Tax Tools 
2. On the drop-down select Tools 
3. On the pop-up menu 
4. Select View Tax Summary 
5. On the left sidebar, select Preview my 1040

You can preview your 1040 and the Schedules 1-3.   You cannot obtain access to the other forms until you pay your fees.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
