Does Turbo Tax have a chat box or a live person to speak to? They are doing my state taxes incorrectly and I need someone to fix the problem. It's very frustrating.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Trying to get in touch with a live person with TurboTax. Any suggestions?
Here's how to reach TurboTax Customer Support if you are in PLUS or higher paid product. (NOTE: If you are using regular Free Edition without PLUS, then that product does not have phone support. Instead you can contact via Facebook or Twitter via the method at the bottom of this post.)

I tried to import tax data from Chase Investments, but was told that to receive the validation code Turbo Tax
would need to update their program to the correct Chase Investment website. "You're visiting an older version of our website. Please use chase.com instead, or contact us if you have any questions". Can Turbo Tax correct this so I can receive the validation code from Chase Investment?

You're posting in an old thread from last year where the user had a problem with a state return.
You should start you own new thread about your importing issue at the link below to see if anyone has any suggestions or whether this is a known issue. At the page linked below click the blue "Ask a Question" button. The question line is for a summary and has limited space. Below that line is a details box where you can describe your issue in full.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your situation. Are you able to log into both accounts? Did you mistakenly try to file a return in both accounts??
Is it this?
Did you efile your return in one account which was accepted, but it had incorrect information that you want to correct? So then did you try to efile a second return in another account to try to fix it, which rejected? If so, that's a no-no. That's not the way to correct an accepted return. If one return has been accepted, but you need to change something in it after filing, you cannot file a second return. The only way to correct a return that has been accepted is to formally submit an amended return Form 1040X, and we can tell you how.
If that's your situation, we can tell you how to prepare an amended return to correct the accepted return, but I don't know if I understand your situation correctly or not. If that's not your situation, then please explain more until I do.
For the return that has been accepted, was it due a Federal refund, and have you received the Federal refund yet?
What TurboTax product are you using--online Free Edition, Deluxe, Premier, etc.?

The 2019 AGI is on the 2019 federal tax return you filed last year on the Form 1040 Line 8b
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF) or View adjusted gross income (AGI)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
