Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

When you say it "was done" months ago--what do you mean? Did you file your tax return? Do you need a copy of it? Or do you still need to file it? If you did not file it, then you have to print it, sign it in ink and mail it now. E-filing is closed for 2019 returns.
