Hello,
I paid for the State(MD) version to E-file but there were issues with E-filing my State and Federal tax return. Despite speaking with Customer Service at Turbo tax, I was not able to E-file my State or Federal tax return.
I am requesting that the $24.95 that I paid Turbo Tax to E-file my State returns be refunded since I was not able to E-file.
I have been a customer for over 20 years.

I paid for NJ State filing but my federal return was rejected about 6 times and I had to file federal and state by mail.
How do I get a refund for the NJ efile payment ?
I cannot get a phone number for customer service to rectify this problem. I just takes me to a page where nothing can be done.
