As I mentioned in my last comment, if that's your situation, hopefully you scrolled up and read my earlier answers in this thread as I advised and contacted TurboTax Support right away.
If your debit date is 4/10, it might be too late, but if you haven't already phoned them, you need to check quickly. You need to phone TurboTax ASAP to ask for a deferment, or they'll debit your bank account. You need to reach them before they actually submit the auto-debit request. Once they submit it, they say they can't stop it. For April 10, they may have already submitted it. You need to phone them now.
Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week
The FAQ below has a special phone number you can use in its first paragraph:
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?
If you can't reach Support with that phone number, there may be a phone number in your emailed bill warning you of the debit. If not, here's an alternate way to reach them:

Thank you, I was trying to figure this out so I asked again today, I appreciate the info.
The turbo tax fee was supposed to be deducted from my refund, but my refund is delayed and I got an email saying that the fee would be debited from my bank account. I need an extension on this debit as I am broke

Need extension on auto-debit

Are you referring to an auto-debit of TurboTax preparation fees? This is a user community forum, but we can tell you what to do.
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), TurboTax will want to be paid. They likely started sending you emailed bills to pay. If you don't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they will ultimately debit your bank account. If you wish to ask for a deferment, you need to do so quickly.
See this FAQ that explains the process. The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.
Hours are currently 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern).
If you need to ask for a deferment, you should call them as soon as possible. Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?
The first paragraph there says:
If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.
If for some reason you can't reach Support with that phone number in the FAQ, there may be one in your emailed bill. Otherwise, here's an alternate way to reach them, but try the one mentioned above first.

What auto debit are you referring to? Have you read the answers in this thread?

Are you referring to an auto-debit of the TurboTax product fees? If so, it's possible to ask for a deferment if requested in time.

Hello. Can I do payments for my auto-debit balance? I can’t afford the $90 payment at once. Is there a way to do $30 every Friday until it’s paid off?

Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and has your Federal refund been delayed, and now TurboTax is sending you notices to pay your TurboTax fees or else they plan to auto-debit your bank account? (more info is in the FAQ I included at the link below.)
This is a user community forum. Nothing account-specific can be handled here. I don't know if TurboTax Support would do what you suggest, but if they won't, you could ask for a deferment, and then set aside the $30 installments to make the payment later before your deferment runs out. However, I don't know how long the deferment is that they give folks. You need to talk to TurboTax Support.

If you owe taxes to the IRS, you can choose to pay your tax bill ''by check'' and then make payments at the IRS website each week. However, you can't defer your TurboTax Fees, those have to be paid when you file. If you can't pay your TurboTax fees, see if you qualify to use the IRS Free File program. If you do, you will have to re-enter your tax data, but it will be free to file. @Wasdin22
Thanks for the info. I guess if the Feds won't release my refund, you guys need to get paid for your services. I agree.

By auto-debit, do you mean for the payment of TurboTax product fees?
If so, this answer will tell you how to phone TurboTax Support and ask for one. You need to contact them immediately if your auto-debit is scheduled in the next few days.
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), after a certain number of days TurboTax will want to be paid.
