Thanks - what about my 2019 federal and state tax filings??? Are they approved and will I receive my refunds??
Did you mail or efile your return?
First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
The IRS is taking longer this year because of Covid-19. Only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
STATE RETURN
Make sure your state return was accepted: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

am i?
my husband did not get his stimulus check? How can he get it?
@deeoliva The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.
TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:
You can call the IRS hotline at 1-800-919-9835 to get updates on your stimulus payment.

I'm I eligible for the stimulus check because I have not received the first one yet.
@gatlinflint12star If you are a 19 year old full-time student your parents can claim you as a dependent. No, you are not eligible for a stimulus check. Dependents are not eligible. And the rule is if you CAN be claimed, you must say so on your own return. If you had no income you do not even need to file a tax return.
