All of the download links that I've found do no load:

Any suggestions?  I have a licence key but I cannot actually download the software.

@VolvoGirl  Thanks for the reply.  When I click on the link you provided, it says to go to  InstallTurboTax.com to download the software.  When I click this link it forwards me to this URL: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/.  This page never loads.  A circle spins for a bit then it stops.  I've tried closing my browser, restarting, etc.  No luck.

URL: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/   This is the correct link to download the TurboTax SW. When you get to the home page, you'll need to select the TurboTax SW purchased (i.e. Basic, Delux, Premier) and also the operating system (Windows or Apple iOS).  If you have a decent internet connection, the SW will download in 30-60 seconds. You then need to go to your "Downloads" folder and double-click on the .ZIP file (for me it was called "Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download).  Follow the install instructions, and eventually TurboTax will ask for your License Key (Case Sensitive). Once your License Key is accepted, your TurboTax install will finish and now your have the joy of several hours of work completing your tax return for Uncle Sam.  Please Note: I do not work for Intuit. Just a normal guy (mechanical engineer by training), trying to do his taxes w/o having to pay a CPA hundreds of dollars for a task I can easily do myself (if only Uncle Sam would simply the tax code for normal wage earners).  Good Luck!

Note:  If you're new to Intuit, you'll have to setup an account with Intuit before you're able to activate the SW using the 16 character SW license key.  Forgot to mention that in my prior reply.

So, you have the 2024 license code and then you accessed this TurboTax link and nothing happened when you selected the software you purchased and needed to download - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

Is that correct?  You did not see the window where you had to select either Windows or Mac?  Did you check your download folder on your computer?

And have trouble accessing the TurboTax software download, you need to clear cache and cookies on your web browser.

If clearing those does not help, then change your web browser to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
