When you get to the home page, you'll need to select the TurboTax SW purchased (i.e. Basic, Delux, Premier) and also the operating system (Windows or Apple iOS). If you have a decent internet connection, the SW will download in 30-60 seconds. You then need to go to your "Downloads" folder and double-click on the .ZIP file (for me it was called "Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download). Follow the install instructions, and eventually TurboTax will ask for your License Key (Case Sensitive). Once your License Key is accepted, your TurboTax install will finish and now your have the joy of several hours of work completing your tax return for Uncle Sam. Please Note: I do not work for Intuit. Just a normal guy (mechanical engineer by training), trying to do his taxes w/o having to pay a CPA hundreds of dollars for a task I can easily do myself (if only Uncle Sam would simply the tax code for normal wage earners).
