AGI is correct for 2019 but keeps on rejecting. Why? I tried to put 0 on AGI 2019 but it still rejected.
FYI - my husband passed away on 12/26/2020 and efile just asked for my driver's license.
Is there a glitch on turbo Tax 2020?????
Please help.

You're still filing a Joint 2020 return, right? It may be that your late husband's SSN has been locked by the Social Security Admin. You will have to print, sign and file by mail.

Yes, we filing joint 2020 return. Also, tried to put "0" in our AGI but still rejected.
Anyways, thanks for the info, that helps.
This is also happening on a 2020 return . Got a copy of the IRS tax transcript and also put a 0 (zero) and still getting rejects for the third time. The answer should not be to tell a person to mail. When other software does not give this error repeatedly. I see clients coming into H &R Block after 4 rejects for AGI on Turbotax and when done in H&R Block software with approve on line which also ask for AGI the return goes through
Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on how to find your AGI from last year.
This Turbo Tax FAQ will provide information on what to put for your AGI if you didn't file last year or don't have the correct AGI. Incorrect or no AGI
Im having the same issues. I requested the transcript and its a perfect match to the IRS. Was there a solution yet?
Have you tried entering 0?
I have not. How does entering 0 work when there is a populated AGI?
TurboTax may have automatically populated your 2019 AGI using your 2019 tax file, but that doesn't mean the IRS e-file database has your correct 2019 AGI. There are lots of reasons this may happen - see below.
Entering "0" is the most successful method of getting around an incorrect (or missing) 2019 AGI in the IRS e-file database.
If you are getting an e-file reject, here are a few possible reasons that might be happening and your options:
If you:
Filed late last year after mid-November or your return was processed after that time—try entering 0.
Amended your return last year—make sure you’re using the AGI from your original return, not the amended one. (If you only have a 1040X form, it’s on line 1, column A)
Rounded your AGI to the nearest dollar—be sure to round up when it’s 50 cents or more, and down when it’s 49 cents or less.
Filed with your spouse last year—you and your spouse have the same 2019 AGI. (Don’t split the AGI amount or enter 0 for one of you)
If you’re still having trouble, we suggest that you check with the IRS to make sure that the copy of your return is the same as what they have in their records. To do this, you can order a tax return transcript.
If you’ve tried everything and nothing works, you can still file a paper return by printing out copies of your federal and state returns and mailing them. We’ll include File by Mail Instructions on where to send your returns and what forms, if any, you need to include.
