Paid NYPFL (New York Paid Family Leave Insurance) twice

I got deducted twice due to a job change.

Since the cap is 196.72 for 2020, is it possible to have 196.72 as a refund from NY state?

Contact your employer. Excess paid family leave premiums should be returned to employees. You cannot get the amount back on your income tax return.
