What was the reject code? The most common reject is for the AGI. Even if you entered it right
Try entering 0 for the AGI. The IRS might have processed your return later so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Especially if you mailed it. That works for most people. See,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
even though TurboTax knows the self-select PIN you chose last time, as far as i can tell, it never gives you the option to e-File with that PIN instead of last year's AGI. Strange.
Try AGI of "0.00". Why? somebody said it works.
Reply back if it works for you.

I sent my previous reply too soon... If this helps, I've been using TTD since 2018 and my previous year's return is simply loaded into this year's return.
As I mentioned in my original post, does that PIN ever reveal itself when we start a new return? I ask because I'm half tempted to re-enter all of my 2024 into a brand new return simply to see if I missed the PIN's reveal.
Thoughts?
tyvm!
Code 031 is for the AGI. Try entering 0 for the AGI.
