I received an envelop from IRS with form 1040-ES/V and form 1040-V.  What do I do with this?  I don't think I have estimated tax because I had a refund for year 2021.

Great!  You got some?  I'm still waiting for mine.  I figured they weren't sending them out this year.   They are in case you want to use them.  You must have paid estimates in the past.  Estimates are optional.  Just make sure you have enough withholding taken out to cover any tax on your income.  And next year you might not get as much credits as 2021 like the Recovery Rebate Credit and Child Tax Credit and EIC, etc.
