The email I just got from that address said Taxes are due now... I don't think you would have sent that 6 months ahead of time, probably a scam address.

Again, could someone from TurboTax please confirm or deny if this is a legitimate TurboTax email address? I've received several emails from this address that are using scare tactics to file my taxes by today, October 15. The issue is that taxes are only due today if you filed for an extension, but I did not. My 2023 tax forms were accepted on April 15. Why would TurboTax be trying so hard to get me to login and complete my 2023 taxes when I have already filed them? It just doesn't make sense unless they're trying to funnel more activity to their website for some reason, or unless it's not actually TurboTax and someone is trying to get our login info.

It's legit.  It's just the marketing dept.  You might have another account or filed a different way.  It's common. to have more than 1 account.   Or even someone else might have typed their email wrong and got your by mistake.   Just ignore the email.
