We have Quickbooks Desktop Pro '21. Just purchased Turbotax Business '20 for desktop. Multiple attempts (while logged into everything) to import data keep getting this error:
"oops it looks like there isn't any tax-related info in your quickbooks company file"
Any help?
Very dissatisfied with Intuit that:
1) Two relatively new products marketed that they would sync together, and they don't
2) Intuit offers no way to call or chat to get help-- have to resort to other customers.
