I took have had an irritating problem importing data from Charles Schwab after many years of doing it successfully. Contacting TT was like talking to the air, and Schwab told me that they were first aware of the issue on Feb. 18th. I responded by saying that it has been a long time since Feb. 18th, and I hoped they were putting pressure on TT to get it straightened out. I will wait another week, and then I will request a refund of the TT program.
OK.. I solved the problem. Solution was actually quite simple. I rebooted my router So anyone having issues I would try that first. I actually did re-install windows10 also because browser was acting funny. Not a bad idea to reinstall your operating system every few years anyway.
Might have solved the problem for you but did not for me. Still cannot import from Schwab. This is ridiculous!!
I am having the same problem. When I try to import from Schwab, and only from Schwab, I am directed to a logon to Intuit first and only after this logon to a logon to Schwab, The first works. The second doesn't. Schwab says they are aware of the problem and don't know when it will be fixed. Who knows if the problem is in Turbotax or Schwab? Someone should fix it.
@Lotar Thanks for the report. After trying many times and different ways, I followed your example of going to the interest import section & I got all my forms from Schwab brokerage. Now I will remove the 3rd party access allowance.
I am very disappointed with Turbotax taking so long to make progress on this issue.

I see your post is now 2 weeks old. Has this been resolved for you yet? I have the same problem.
It has not been resolved! Soooo upset with TurboTax. Very soon I will ditch it, ask for a refund, post a very negative review and try another vendor.
Still not working. At my wits end. Tried workarounds etc.. In the end, had to download all the tax docs manually and input by hand. Wasted too much time on this.
Any thoughts on a good non-Intuit product that would import previous years TurboTax files and allow seemless SCHWAB (and the other big brokerages) import as well? I see HRBLOCK rated very highly and would be willing to switch in the next 2 weeks or so to get my taxes done this year if Intuit keeps ignoring this issue....
I also thought about trying H&R Block but according to a Schwab rep I talked to this morning H&R Block was also having issues!
Same issue! I've tried many times and it just tells me to try again later. I had no issue with Fidelity ... just Schwab. Fix it Intuit!
