@Gilbert J Hirscher If the credit card information in the system for your Advantage account was out of date and the card was expired it is too late to use the Advantage account for your 2021 software. But you can easily purchase the 2021 software yourself:

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return. You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return. The state e-file fee is $19.99 and increases in March.

I want too change my card info so I can get my payment back in another card that was using at the time

@CharleyG You cannot change how you want to receive your refund after you file your tax return. If you e-filed and your return has been accepted you are stuck with whatever you chose when you filed.
Live help is not free and not available to the desktop users who have credit cards on file. This answer is completely wrong.
