New Mexico tax return forms won't be available for printing or e-filing until January 4th. Here's a link to the availability schedule for forms in TurboTax:
Thank you for your response, but Intuit stated that the New Mexico software would be up to date on December 15. Why can't I get a hold of anyone at Intuit?
Where did it say Dec 15? The state programs usually aren't available until January. The table linked above says Jan 4.

It was a pop up when I clicked on State Tax tab. I did not take a screen print.
Its Jan 4th and I've tried 3 different times to download the NM state program and its is still NOT available. Inutit Turbo Tax needs to do a better job showing WHEN a state download will be available after the download FAILS and shows "Your software is up to date."
New Mexico State download should be available January 18th.
It was supposed to be ready the 4th NOW not until the 18th??? WTH???
Who is at fault? Intuit or NM Tax & Revenue? I got other states in December! I usually have my taxes done by now!!!
New Mexico just recently posted their PIT forms, I think the first week of January 2024. Perhaps Intuit needs time to incorporate the new forms into their software. What I don't like is that Deluxe Turbo Tax does not tell you the forms are not yet available or provide a link which a previous responder provided. All it does is keep telling me to download the software and then tell me I have not updated my taxes when I exit. For as big as Intuit Turbo Tax is, this feature is simply not acceptable.
Many federal and state forms are not yet available. Check here for form availability. The dates are subject to change.
