If the Social Security benefits is the Only income to be reported on the tax return and there is no federal income taxes being withheld, then there is no reason or need to file a tax return.
If you only get ssi or SS or SSDI or SSA-1099 it is not taxable and you do not have to file a return. Oh, but you do need to file if you get a 1095A for having Marketplace health ins or to get back any withholding taken out.
If you still want to efile a return you can add $1 of interest. It won't affect your return. Enter a fake 1099Int for $1.
Did you get a SSA-1099? That is for Social Security or Social Security Disability not ssi. ssi stands for supplemental security income. It is different than SS. You don't get a SSA-1099 for ssi and you do not report ssi on your tax return.
If Social Security has been your only income for 2024, you do not have to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. If you have been receiving Social Security they mailed you a SSA1099 in January. If you get SSI----which is not the same as Social Security---there is no tax document and nothing to file.

In general, SSI Disability (SSDI) payments are not taxable, but some exceptions apply. These are listed below. You indicated that you have no other earned income, so in your case your SSDI benefits would not be taxed. You will not have to file a tax return if this is the case, unless you have other items you need to report. Such as Xmasbaby0 and VolvoGirl mentioned above: if you have a Form 1095-A for Marketplace Health Insurance to report.
In some circumstances, your Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits may be taxable:
