I need help from anyone who maybe knows about the turbo card company. My stimulus money was deposited on last years card. I have since lost that one and went through the automated system to order a new one. I paid extra to have it expedited being I’m out of work from the virus. It hasn’t come and it’s past the 3 business days and yesterday I called the automated system told me that the card was being made and was getting shipped out and now today it’s just telling me to order another card. I don’t wanna order another card and end up receiving this one and have to wait longer but I don’t know what to do being I can’t reach anyone !!!!!!! Please someone HELP
As for your issue with the PIN ... you ONLY need to enter the self selected PIN OR the 2018 AGI not both ...
To get either of them you can download the PDF of the prior year return to get both pieces of information since you did not transfer the prior year info when you started the return. Open the PDF and look for the PIN on the filing instruction page and the AGI on the tax return.
Or log into your online account and scroll down to get the AGI that way ...
Due to unprecedented traffic you may experience some delays on the site or phone line. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we appreciate your patience.
For additional questions, including how to receive a check, please go to the Turbo Visa Debit Card site: https://turbotax.intuit.com/stimulus-check/turbo-card/
As noted previously, I've used the online version of TT for 12 years. I have 12 years worth of PDFs and have never seen the PIN printed on the instructions page or anywhere else. It is, however, associated with my online account but as you've taken great delight in pointing out, I didn't use that nor did I import it prior to starting with the cursed CD version.
I did try editing the CD return to remove the PIN and and it will not allow me to do so. I also tried replacing the PIN with my 2018 AGI and it will not accept that either. I gave up on the free e-filing and simply printed out the stupid paper. This is one of the ONLY things I have ever used paper for and it is definitely NOT encouraging me to recommend TT (any version) to anyone. My friends really like H&R Block's online tools. I'll probably switch to that next year, since I am no longer exploiting the 12 year investment of time and history with TT after this debacle.

You do not need a 5 digit self-selected PIN on the 2019 tax return. Just enter the 2018 AGI.
I'm trying to file so I can get my stimulus check. I don't file taxes. I did the turbo tax like you said, and I don't have the 5 digit numbers for mine and my husband to finish the tax form
If you did not file a 2018 return you will enter ZERO for the AGI and then you will make up ANY 5 digit number to represent your signature so you can complete this 2019 filing.
See the following link for more information. You can use either the 5 digit PIN or your Adjusted Gross Income from your 2018 tax return.
My adjusted gross income for 2017was 6 figures not 5
I Forgot what my 5 digit pin was from last year, however, I know my AGI from last year. I was asked to put a 5 digit number in before filing, and I made up one. Can I sumbit the taxes without a rejection
if you enter last year's self - select PIN for authorization but make one up, your return will be REJECTED.
If you are selecting a PIN for next year, write it down if you haven't forgotten already.
I mailed my form last year. I entered a new PIN this year and it was rejected. What should I enter in the PIN now to let me file it electronically?
If your return was rejected due to the Self-select PIN from last year not matching the IRS records, you can try using your prior year AGI to e-file.
