As for your issue with the PIN ... you ONLY need to enter the self selected  PIN  OR  the 2018 AGI  not both ...

To get either of them you can download the PDF of the prior year return to get both pieces of information since you did not transfer the prior year info when you started the return.  Open the PDF and look for the PIN on the filing instruction page  and the AGI on the tax return.
