Yes, where can I find this for 2022? Without the CD download version? I have gone over and over these pages.
Perhaps you are unable to file because your 2020 and 2021 Federal tax returns reported a Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distribution?
With IRS form 8915 you were allowed to spread the taxable part of a retirement distribution over three years.
Forms availability says that IRS form 8915 will not be available until February 16.

No, most definitely not.
The questions are in the same place on the 2022 online version as they were last year. Go to income and then 1099-R and the second question asks if you have received a disaster distribution. If you click 'no' that should solve the problem. If that doesn't work then delete the forms as @DoninGA instructs above. If the forms are not there and the option that says you did not receive a disaster distribution won't stay checked then you may have to restart your return.
I mistakenly checked the "disaster relief payments" and now cannot uncheck that box. This is preventing me from filing my taxes. How do I fix this.
Form 8915A or 8915B was generated based on how you responded to Form 1099-R questions. When you entered a 1099-R it asked you if you received a disaster disbursement from your retirement account. If you answered yes then TurboTax generated the Form for you. You should delete the 1099-R that generated the questions and then re-enter it. However, make sure to answer 'no' to the disaster disbursement questions this time.

I have clicked no on this. It still will not let me file my taxes. Do you have any idea why?
Please take a look at the information below provided by tax expert HopeS. If this solution does not work for you, feel free to respond with any additional questions.

Re: I cant file my federal tax return because it keeps mentioning form 8915-F. We took no disaster amounts. And selected no everytime. Help
This isn't working. I selected "No, we didn't" many times
Try deleting your Form 8915-F.
