Since you are using the TurboTax Deluxe online editions you can speak to a TurboTax agent without charge.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

I was charged out of the blue $105 today, unauthorized,  for software storage. I stored no software!  I want to discuss this. We filed our taxes last March via TurboTax Deluxe and should have been done until next year!  Now I want to delete my CC. Please call or email me: [email address removed] or [phone number removed]. Please credit my card for $105.00!!!
