@Gordie324 If you'd like to remove TurboTax live, you can use the Clear and Start Over tool  as long as you started in TurboTax Live and haven't made any payments. If you've started in another TurboTax product, see the directions here for how to remove TurboTax live: How do I remove TurboTax Live?

How do I leave turbotax live?

The TurboTax Live has broken my entire returns and no matter what I try to do, it simply WILL NOT let me out of the document library.  I can't get to my homepage, I can't see any information and documents I already uploaded, and this stupid Live nonsense is preventing me from even giving the Tax Expert I'm paying for the documents he needs!  This is garbage.

Seriously Intuit? This is so basic this isn't even funny. I cannot get to my returns from last years!! I always end up in this so called "Live". I don't need your Live help !

Has anyone figured out this lousy application yet?

How do I leave turbotax live?

You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

How do I leave turbotax live?

May I suggest this trick ... do NOT log in right away ... instead go to this screen   https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

and choose the version you want to use ... then when asked to set up an account you can log in at that time ...

online choose option.jpgonline log in .jpg
