I already purchased and received the CD but I haven't a place on my computer for installing CD. I have been using turbo tax many years and have an account. I have been trying to download my purchased 2022 TurboTax Advantage but it apparently is treating me as a new turbotax user.

Have you tried signing onto your advantage account and downloading the 2022 installation file - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

Some users have multiple TurboTax accounts, so you could be subscribed under a different account. To find all your accounts, use the Account Recovery tool and then sign in to TurboTax Advantage with each account.

If your computer doesn't have a CD drive, you can download your software using the license code that came with the software.  Refer to the following Help Article for instructions:  I bought the CD, but my computer doesn't have a CD drive
