What does it mean when it says ur account has been accessed
TurboTax is letting you know that someone (you, in this case) signed into your TurboTax account. This message is sent to you on the off-chance that your account was accessed without your knowledge. This most often occurs when you login using a different device or computer than you used the last time you logged in.

How do I retrieve my Turbotax? I need to get to a file
I need to speak to a live person. NYS is telling me I should have also filed an IT-196 and IT-558, but I thought that's what was included with my Turbo Tax program. I need help understanding how to file the IT-196 and IT-558 forms.
Did you mail in your return and fail to send those forms ? The IT-196 is the FED Sch A equivalent and the IT-558 supports the NY adjustments from the FED return.
Save a PDF of your return again and look for those forms ... if they are there print them and send as directed in the notice.
