How can I talk to a live person?

I have been trying to call to talk to a live person and I keep getting the automated system who will not transfer me then hangs up.  I have an issue with my tax return and need to talk to someone.

What does it mean when it says ur account has been accessed

TurboTax is letting you know that someone (you, in this case) signed into your TurboTax account. This message is sent to you on the off-chance that your account was accessed without your knowledge. This most often occurs when you login using a different device or computer than you used the last time you logged in.

• If you are using TurboTax Online, you need to sign in to the account you used to file the return you are looking for.   How many Intuit Accounts do I have with TurboTax?  Once you get logged in, you can scroll down to the bottom of the Tax Home page to access all of your previously filed returns.   Note, if you have not signed in or started a return this year, you will have to enter some set-up questions before you will reach the Tax Home page.  
• If you are using the Desktop version, your tax files are saved to your computer so they can't be retrieve from the TurboTax servers.   @dr-lcrtaxid

I need to speak to a live person. NYS is telling me I should have also filed an IT-196 and IT-558, but I thought that's what was included with my Turbo Tax program. I need help understanding how to file the IT-196 and IT-558 forms.

Did you mail in your return and fail to send those forms ?   The IT-196 is the FED  Sch A equivalent  and the IT-558 supports the NY adjustments from the FED return.

Save a PDF of your return again and look for those forms ... if they are there print them and send as directed in the notice.
