It's says they can't verify the new email address. We switched from Android to apple so the email went from gmail.com to iCloud.com. What do I do
Did you try to recover your account with your phone number? If that doesn't work you can click on the "Try Something Else" button and follow the steps. If you are still unable to update your email address, please complete the Account Recovery Request Form.
