horrible support. called 3 times, I was not rude, very professional. they hung up during the transfer every time.
just trying to get a code for the purchase I made online. lic code that was supposed to be provided during purchase. online account does not have the license and cant seem to be able to get a hold of anyone.
have been using TurboTax for decades.. but this will be the last year. I will try to get a refund and I am done with them

thank you, but this does not apply unfortunately... the download page only shows the code for the original version. the upgrade version purchase shows but there is no code
it states:
TURBOTAX DESKTOP HOME & BUSINESS TAX YEAR 2021 ACCESS FROM PREMIER
but the software still is at premier and I am not able to access form 1065. it still says I need to purchase upgrade

Neither the Premier or Home & Business editions support entry of a Partnership tax return Form 1065.
Form 1065 is only available using the TurboTax Business Edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/
The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer. The Business Edition cannot be used to complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.
I have decided when I return to the US I am also going a different route - either local tax preparer or some other software - TBD. Again, certainly my fault but I ended up paying twice for the same product but the web site and support was such it was impossible to get a refund. Poor.
Yes! Terrible! I bought Turbo tax home and business . I installed on my laptop using the CD. Unfortunately, my computer crashed and I called to get a download. The customer service person I was talking to was nice but the Supervisor named Susan would not help me out . This edition cost me $100 bucks and I just lost my job. Terrible terrible terrible customer service . Screw you Susan. And turbo tax .
Extremely poor service. It took me 3hrs talking to different customer support as I was charged twice the amount. I didn’t get my refund and wasted 3 hrs. Highly disappointed

Turbo Tax Customer service is getting worse every year. The agent blamed Norton before listening to the problem or trying to figure it out. When I mentioned it wasn't Norton and that she should first listen to the issue, the agent got offended. What??? Lady, why don't you first listen and do some investigation?? This [profanity removed] was completely obnoxious. No manners. Disrespectful. Rude. And she hung up when I refused to just keep saying Yes to all the BS she wanted me to hear. [Profanity removed] Turbo Tax?? You guys are hiring some bizarre and rude employees. Please Stop! We don't need these employees' giving us false information and having the right to present bad behavior on the phone and hang up whenever they want to.

Horrible horrible service. I called and the rep stalled, repeated the same questions over and over, and once I shared screen, just stopped speaking. The second rep did the exact same thing, would repeat the same questions and had no idea what I was talking about despite repeating exactly what was on the screen. How are they hiring these people?
@ashleyathanas If you did not get a satisfactory answer from customer support, perhaps we can help in the user forum. We can help with most issues except for billing issues. If your issue is in regard to using the software or you have an income tax question, post here so someone can try to help. We cannot see your account or your return, so please be specific without any personal information like your SSN, etc.
amy c, mayve just had a bad day. im not sure. but due to a very slow weekend on their servers. ive noted that their screen share software doesnt keep up with me. she kept asking me to go to this specific spot in my taxes that i had already clicked. each time she told me i clicked it. then i get a "are you ignoring me?" no maam quite the opposite ive been clicking each time youve asked. i informed her that if she was not updating she may need to resend her screen share request as that had fixed it for other experts. im guessing by this time she was flustered bc she was asking me to file another schedule e. for a rental in united kingdom stating that i needed another one.... i asked her if she noted on two screens prior that i had moved my cursor over the original sch E with the foreign address? we go in to edit it and she sees its already been done as i told her. she then says it looks like shes helped me and logs out without the courtesy "whelp, see ya later... thanks for watching me wig out". im probably, definitely going to find someone different to yell at me next year.
Yeah 100%, worst system, been on the phones for hours in 2024. With a simple tax return. Maybe I should learn to be an accountant.
