Question

E file charge

I paid the $25 to e-file my federal return.  My return was not accepted based on the AGI didn't match with what the IRS had.  I used turbo tax last year to file my taxes so the AGI was carried over to the 2020 taxes and I confirmed that the number was correct.  I had to end up printing and filing a paper return.

I feel like I should get a refund on the $25

Thank you

We could have helped you try to efile.  You could have tried entering 0 for the AGI.   The IRS took a long time to process 2019 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.

You can ask for a refund,

I didn't have time to call and sit on hold forever to talk to anyone (I was headed out of town) and I DID try putting a 0 and it didn't work either.

How do I get a refund on it?  If I need to dispute the charge on my card I will

I have an old Turbox Tax Account. I do not have access to my AGI 2019. I have used Turbo Tax from my personal tax preparer and she does not have my information from 2019 turbo tax.

I see my NEW ACCOUNT is linked with other open accounts including an email address that I am not familiar be with.

Using this software and other procurements to delay and reject tax filing should be against privacy and security.

Turbo tax does not have to be complicated and to link all accounts across the board all to recognize IDENTIFY THEFT, THEFT OF SERVICE, USER INFORMATION HACKER & CYBER THEFT are a few reasons blacks rather just have a cash flow instead of subscriptions to a software who's malpractice is to STEAL INFORMATION by one individual subscribing to your product.

There can only be one accountable accountant and I will wait to see who will fix the issue and resolve that revolving accountant on the other side of the screen.

You can only get one tax return in one fiscal year unless you know how to steal from the inside and hide in plain sight.
