Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I was charged 60 dollars for filing with turbo tax but my return was rejected. How do I get a refund
@janetrod04 You used the software to prepare a tax return, which can still be printed, signed and mailed. The fee for using the software is the same whether you e-file or mail the return.
Tell us the rejection code---we may be able to help you e-file it.
Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed. Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead.
You received a rejection email that we cannot see. Please tell us word for word what it says so we know how to help you. Or even copy and paste the email message.
Hello it is Reject Code IND-524. My DOB which I have been using since I filed for the very first time when I was 15,16 yrs old. I have NEVER had any issues before!

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
