Your license code may be found in different places, depending on what version of TurboTax you've purchased.

If you purchased the TurboTax CD directly from Sam's Club, your license code is printed on the front of the insert box. If you are still having issues locating it, please see the FAQ link provided below for assistance:

See this FAQ on how to find it, and if necessary, how to phone TurboTax Support.

Was it a download, or do you have the box/CD cover that the product came in?

In addition, if you purchased the software as download from Amazon or Costco, etc., the license code should be in a confirmatory email when you purchased.   If downloaded  from Amazon, it should also be found in your Amazon account's software library.   If from Costco, you can look at your Costco purchase history to see if there is still evidence there, but I don't know if that will work.  If that's not successful, Costco Customer Support might be able to resend it.

This year the product required one to sign into an Intuit Account during installation to activate.   So try logging into the same online TurboTax account you used at installation and see if the license number is in the products section of your account.  I'm not sure that will work, but it's something quick and easy to try.
