And paying over the phone won't do me any good if I can't proceed to the next screen to even enter a confirmation number.
And I can't file an extension for my state taxes. It doesn't give me the option. So there is really no solution for my situation being provided.
This is beyond ridiculous... I spent hours online filing out the return, only to get "Hmm... it looks like we've hit a slight snag"?! And then get caught in and endless loop? It's April 14th!! I've been a customer for 7 years, and never had this much trouble filing anything. This appears to be a long term issue, nobody has fixed it, none of the support advice works... the only thing I'm able to do now is file an extension - for $137. Am I going to be reimbursed for this?
I tried changing my zip code to the 5 digit version but turbotax keeps changing it back to the 5+4.
Same boat, I am not filing all these extensions because their software sucks
@mx1441 If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service
