2021 Turbo Tax CD Version tries to re-open after Exit

My CD version of 2021 Turbo Tax always tries to re-open itself after I exit. Sometimes it succeeds, sometimes it fails.  Any ideas how to stop it? Thanks!

I have been trying to find a place to ask this question.  Since I have not found it, I am asking here.
Please let me know the URL where to ask a general installation question.

I purchased TT Delux 2021.  Trying to install it from online (download it).  How do I get around the step of Adding some add-on to my browser?  In my experience, these add-on only try to sell you stuff, create problems, and nothing good.
Please let me know how to install without an add-on?

First, thank you for your message.

I was able to install without installing any add-on by changing the browser.   The Turbo Tax should have suggested that an add-on was not necessary when using a different browser.

It doesn't look like replies answered question. My 2021 TT Premier continues to restart after i exit - quite annoying

When TT reboots, the screen doesn't say anything special, but shows the boot-up screen only (ie., the same as when I open it each time.)

@RobertB4444   Hi,  my Windows Home & Business restarted too after I hit the X to close it.  Seems like a problem is showing up.  Seen a couple posts.  Please pass it up the line.

I don't think so.  I am experiencing the same problem with my 2021 TT Premier edition, and as of today (2/21/2022) my software is up to date.
