I'm doing my 2020 returns now and I didn't quite understand that question. If I choose "Family" type of HDHP then the next page is asking why there was a lapse in my 2020 coverage. I do not understand this part either as I was still covered on my wife's plan in 2020 too.

does your spouse or you have a HSA account? possibly one sponsored by an employer.
My spouse has an HSA account. I"m using the same.
YOU didn't have a HDHP your SPOUSE did so answer NO for yourself.
