Why am I being asked by Turbotax "What type of High Deductible Health Plan did I have on December 1, 2019?". I have always been on my wife's medical insurance plan.

I'm doing my 2020 returns now and I didn't quite understand that question. If I choose "Family" type of HDHP then the next page is asking why there was a lapse in my 2020 coverage. I do not understand this part either as I was still covered on my wife's plan in 2020 too.
