Nowhere. Child support is not entered or deductible on your return.
But shouldn’t still show how much was garnished from my salary even though it’s not a deduction. Not claiming it never have. Just thought it would show on taxes. Thanks.
Sorry no. If your employer took it out of your paychecks it does not show on your tax return. Do you see it listed on your W2?
If it is not on the W-2 it should be listed on the paycheck stub.
