Hi, I'm wondering whether a child who turned 18 in August still qualifies for the child tax credit? When I did my taxes, TurboTax automatically included the credit .

Not for 2022. Has to be under 17 on Dec 31 to get the Child Tax Credit. Maybe you are seeing the Other Dependent credit? That one is $500. Go back and check their birthdate under My Info.
