Its Deductible is not working January 10, 2022. When will it be fixed?
Could you clarify which version of Turbo Tax that you are currently using? Importing your charity donations from ItsDeductible doesn’t require TurboTax Deluxe or above. But if you’re in TurboTax Free Edition or TurboTax Live Basic and adding your donations caused you to have a Schedule A (itemized deductions), then you’ll have to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe.

This is the message that keeps coming up. Please fix. Using turbo tax deluxe.
The ItsDeductible program is still being updated for the current tax year and should be ready soon. Please wait until next week and try to access ItsDeductible again. If you are still having issues, please reach out to Customer Support via the Contact Us page here.
Since the Sch A will not be ready until at least 1/13 you have time to wait ... return then.
And its Jan 13, schedule A has been updated, but this error continues. Would be a great usability fix to have an error that actually explains the problem. If it truly is that the software is not ready, then 'not available' sheds no light at all on the problem.

Tried reaching out as requested. Spent 45 minutes with a self-described "trainee" who was not even able to determine who to ask for help and was able to offer no other resolution than 'try again later'. is the issue going to be fixed or am i going to have to manually re-enter the dozens and dozens of items ive already keyed into itsdeductible?

It's still not working.
So TurboTax has kept saying for weeks, "ItsDeductible is being updated and will be ready soon. Please try again next week." I have tried every week since they have said this, for 3 straight weeks. Is it ever going to be resolved and start working???? Or will it be ready by March???
We are currently working on getting ItsDeductible updated. There have been a few additional delays, but it is anticipated to be completed very soon.
I'm trying to document a recent donation (clothing items) on ItsDeductible. When trying to find the value for the items I donated, it appears the search function can't even find 'hat' or 'shoes'. Nor does the "browse' function appear to be displaying the usual categories. Is anyone else experiencing this?
The 2022 section is not yet functional ... try again next week.
