No. You don't need to file Form 1NPR to report your pension from WI.
If you are a nonresident of Wisconsin, your pension and annuity income is generally nontaxable by Wisconsin.
For more information please check Wisconsin.gov
Not really sure it won’t let me complete my taxes if I do not need the form I asked about. It still states that I need it and cannot move forward as of now.
The Wisconsin Form 1NPR is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 02/23/2023
Go to this TurboTax website for forms availability - https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?albRedirect=true&product...
If you lived in Arizona all of 2022, you don't need to file a Wisconsin return. When you receive pension income (no matter which state it comes from) you report it as income in your Resident State.
You can Delete Wisconsin from your return.
Click on YOUR STATE RETURNS in the left-side menu.
When the window opens, click the Trash Can Icon next to Wisconsin to delete it.
Except they now moved the date out to March. Turbo tax must not care about it's long term costumers because this is the breaking point for me. I tried filing early February only for them to say it will be ready 2/16. Then it got moved to 2/23, now 3/2. OVER IT. Get it together Turbo Tax. You knew tax season was coming!
No kidding!!! I’m in the same situation! I am furious!
I'm in the same boat! Finally getting some money back from both state and Fed and these forms are holding me up!
My return is saying this form is still not available and it is 3/2/23.
When your state or the IRS have the forms available for publishing they will release them. It is not Turbo Tax that releases forms needed for a return. The date is based on the day specified by the IRS or the state.
