I was on with TT for 3rd time live. One person sent me a link to download but it’s for the cd version for the Update not for pc and the other person said have to wait a few weeks. I’m sure nobody knows since these techs are at home chilling checking this feed for the answer.
A few weeks!?!?!? Wow. Twice we were told 48 hours and once a week in February. Now we get to March and it’s a few weeks? Really losing patience with TT
I think we need to create a separate unsolved thread so TT takes a more serious look at this…I really don’t know what to do…

Have you tried to ask for a manager or if you could escalate the issue to someone else? I’m thinking this may be the next step?

@CarissaM its still not working the following message pops up:
Schedule D TP: Net cap gain/loss We're still working on PA Schedule D for returns with greater than 100 capital gain transactions. You'll need to get an update before you file your return in order to ensure that all of the calculations are correct. To receive an update, select Check for Updates from the online menu to connect to our website.
