I moved from Illinois to Wisconsin in 2022. My wife did not. We are filing jointly. I provided TurboTax with the correct information about residency and the date I moved. When reviewing the tax forms provided by TurboTax, I can see my and my wife's residency information is reflected correctly on the 1NPR (Nonresident & part-year resident Wisconsin income tax form) including the date that I moved. The 1NPR also requires the filer to complete a "Legal Residency (Domicile) Questionnaire." TurboTax completed this form wrong: it states I was a nonresident of Wisconsin for the entire year. How can I fix this form? Is this a bug with TurboTax? If so, how do I report it?

I am having problems with the WI return also...Both me & my wife are non-residents of WI...But my wife did a consulting gig in WI for $2628...The Turbo Tax return says we own over $5400...How can this be? There must be a bug in the software some place...Is there a updated version coming out the WI returns?
Wisconsin has a screen that asks for both your residencies. Check that to make sure you are listing yourself as a part-year resident.
Wisconsin has screens that allow you to enter your Non Wisconsin Income. Check your entries in the state section to make sure you entered the correct amounts.
Also your "Wisconsin Salary Allocation" should be $0 or the amount $2,628, depending on whether your wife was a contractor or employee.
