arizona Multi-state Service Provider Election 2020

Hi,

TT Business seems to be forcing me to enter a date range to elect Arizona MSP.  However, I do not wish to elect this, as I do not have multi-state sales.  I do not understand how to bypass this elect.  Am I misunderstanding as to the meaning of the Arizona MSP?  This seems like a bug.  How can I bypass this form?  I'm stuck!!!

To resolve the problem, I eventually clicked on the button to "view forms" and deleted the form manually, on the basis of my belief that the form isn't required.  I do get weary of TT not providing direct support for their product and they essentially leave it to the community to "figure it out".  It's one thing if it's a tax question, but it's something else if it's a problem with their software.  I hope this helps you.

Thanks for the response on this. I'm having the same issue. Unfortunately, I've looked in my forms and the Multi-State Service Provider Election form is actually not even listed as being a part of my return so I can't delete it manually.  Did you find it listed under Arizona Partnership forms? I've managed to get ahold of someone on the phone but they claim it could be a new tax regulation instead of a software bug and won't report it for a fix. They sent me to another phone number that is no longer answered by a human.

That's awful.  I think I will be switching to TaxAct next year, although I'll admit that I've never tried them before and they may or may not be any. better.  I was on the actual screen that was asking for the MSP election when I clicked on the "forms" and it was the form that was currently selected.  There was then an option to delete the form and I had to confirm that I was sure.  If it helps, here's what I found about the MSP:

And the form name at the bottom of the page is:  ADOR 11220

You're a life-saver! The trick was hitting forms while I was on that screen. It was the only way to find the form, as it was not an option in the form list. Found it and deleted it. Successful filing! Thank you so much!

The fix, when the form pops up on the review return screen deleting it while it is open also worked for me.
