That's awful. I think I will be switching to TaxAct next year, although I'll admit that I've never tried them before and they may or may not be any. better. I was on the actual screen that was asking for the MSP election when I clicked on the "forms" and it was the form that was currently selected. There was then an option to delete the form and I had to confirm that I was sure. If it helps, here's what I found about the MSP:
