Thanks for the response on this. I'm having the same issue. Unfortunately, I've looked in my forms and the Multi-State Service Provider Election form is actually not even listed as being a part of my return so I can't delete it manually. Did you find it listed under Arizona Partnership forms? I've managed to get ahold of someone on the phone but they claim it could be a new tax regulation instead of a software bug and won't report it for a fix. They sent me to another phone number that is no longer answered by a human.
