Thanks for your reply Expert Terukol! My credit cards are NOT declined. When I enter the payment info I receive a message to edit either my address or credit card info which I have several times but cannot get it to go through. My federal efile was included free when I purchased Turbotax from Sams Club. I entered that I wanted to EFile both federal and state but I don't think it goes through until the $24.99 for state efile charges are accepted. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since the program is requesting an address correction - Is the Billing Address on the card you are using the same as the Mailing Address on the tax return? This will cause a conflict if they are different addresses.
It is the same address. My browser is Foxfire. Could that be a problem?

That could be a possibility. If you have another web browser, like Chrome or Internet Explorer gives those a try.
I have similar issue. I am done with federal efiling. Now I am trying to do state efiling. When I tried to pay with my credit card, a blank screen popped up. I called customer support. She manually placed the order for me. I downloaded the file as she asked me to. It didn't help. I am still stuck at the "pay with my credit card" step and can't do efiling. Then the customer support just hung up on me! After she charged me $25. Any suggestions?
Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software. Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in.

Turbo Tax has a system problem in the state efile section. The program will not accept valid credit card info. I have talked to 5 different service reps and each promised the known issue was being corrected and to try again the next day. This has been going on for almost a month now! Either fix the **bleep** thing or admit the problem.
Did you ever get a response from Turbo Tax? I'm having the same problem and have been wrestling with them for a month with no results. I'm done with this product after 25 years.

No, never got a response and TT has the same problem in 2022 as in 2021 - the website is incapable of accepting a credit card payment for state e-filing. I screwed around with it for much too long last year and am not wasting ANY time this year. I’ll printout the state forms, mail them, and NEVER use TT again. Any company unable to fix a simple problem in a year does not get my business, even though I’ve been a customer for 25 years.
