If you did not receive the 3rd EIP payment you need to prepare and file a 2021 tax return.   Use the recovery rebate credit in the Federal Review section to get your EIP payment.  The payment will show up on line 30 of your Form 1040 and will be added to your refund.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

If you did not receive the 3rd stimulus payment then you may be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit of $1,400 on the 2021 tax return.  The program will ask about the stimulus payment in the Federal Review section after you have completed all the entries for your federal tax return.
