Why does free app version show Roth Withdrawal as taxable income, even though I entered zero as the taxable amount?

All of my 401k both Roth and traditional withdrawals age 72 show up as interest income, and pension income shows as zero.

To clarify, your 401k distributions don't show up on line 5 of Form 1040 but on a different line?

Please make sure you entered the Form 1099-R correctly. Sometimes it helps to delete and renter the form.
