If you are doing something on social media involving your dog, then if you make even $400, you need to enter self-employment income and pay Social Security and Medicare. Not sure what "tax deductions" you think you would get.

LOL ... your dog cannot negotiate legal tender so YOU are being paid for your pet's efforts so you need to report the income earned.
