It is more involved than that.
First, 2018 and 2019 must be filed separately. If the government issued you social security benefits, the IRS will already have your information.
Second, 1099 forms can be imported or typed in based on your specific details.

An article posted March 27, 2020 in Forbes states: Those who receive Social Security retirement or disability benefits but earn too little to have to file returns, will also receive stimulus checks, based on the information sent to the IRS on 2019 forms SSA-1099 and RRB-1099.

Social Security recipients. I’m confused I filed online but I did not submit it with TurboTax because I became concerned at the very end it said as 2018 2019 one $ income so I did not drop it I do receive a 1099 from the IRS every year for my Social Security disability . should I Have just proceeded to send it or is there a separate TurboTax website for Social Security recipients to register a bank account number because I get my monthly amount on a debit card
Social Security recipients do not need to do anything. You will get your stimulus payment the same way you get your monthly social security.

This IRS website states:
"Social Security and Railroad Retirement recipients who are not typically required to file a tax return need to take no action. The IRS will use the information on the Form SSA-1099 and Form RRB-1099 to generate Economic Impact Payments of $1,200 to these individuals even if they did not file tax returns in 2018 or 2019. Recipients will receive these payments as a direct deposit or by paper check, just as they would normally receive their benefits."
